Prana is an outdoor company that makes athletic wear. Take your practice from rock climbing to SUP Yoga-ing all in the same outfit. Mast General Store is the closest location to the studio to find Prana Gear. JP and Cassie are Prana Influencers and have been wearing this apparel for 10 years. It’s tried and True.
Lululemon is a Vancouver Canada based athletic clothing company. Their clothes are just like our practice, always evolving. Check out out local Asheville LULU at Kitchen Place in Biltmore Village. They have a ton of styles for all kinds of athletic practice, yoga, pilates, running, cycling…you name it. They also do alterations in house.
Be Present is a Colorado based clothing company with everything made in the USA. Great selection of comfy clothes that support our economy
Zobha is another great company. They have feminine cuts that hold your curves. Check them out online.
Electric Yoga is an LA Based yoga clothing company that is rocking out in style. Get your yoga on in electric.
Aloft Hotel is right next door to our yoga studio. It’s so hip it hurts and has the best downtown location of any hotel (no noise from the interstate.) Often you can call and find a great rate.
Hotel Indego also in the downtown mix right off interstate 26.
The Grove Park Inn is a historic Inn seated on Beaucatcher Mountain with a commanding view of Asheville and the surrounding Mountains.
The Black Walnut is a B&B located in historic Montford just a few minutes walk from downtown Asheville.

Laurey’s Deli has something for everyone. They have made to order breakfast and lunches or a gourmet deli case if you want something fast to go. They are located directly above us.
Looking for a nice sit down vegetarian restaurant? Plant is your place. Located on Merrimon Avenue just north of downtown.
You can’t come to Asheville without trying Tupelo Honey Cafe. A southern Staple serving all sorts of food with a twist.
For Breakfast Early Girl is the Ticket. Serving fare for everyone this laid back place is an Asheville Favorite.
Chai Panni is the best Indian Food I’ve tasted since traveling to Mumbai. The owner asked his mother to the states to teach the chef her recipes. She spent 2 weeks here training the kitchen staff how to make authentic India food. Order the Thali plate. It’s a bit of a sampler.
Asheville is full of great outdoor things to do. There’s the Biltmore house and Fredrick Law Olmstead Designed gardens, with Biltmore Village just outside the gates. The Blue Ridge Parkway. Hiking trails for miles. The French Broad River draws a lot of visitor each year to kayak, SUP or tube.

Yoga in Asheville
Yoga Journal rated Asheville as the #1 yoga city in the country. We have it all, great location, dedicated instructors and a loving community. Go Yoga represents the Baptiste Power Yoga. There are also other great options if Baptiste isn’t the style you’re looking for. Also check out these great studios.
Lighten Up Yoga. Lillah Schwartz has been teaching yoga in Asheville since 1981. She is a lighthouse in our community. Recently she merged with her first student, Cindy Dollar of One Center Yoga.
West Asheville Yoga is a small studio centrally located in West Asheville. Cat Matlock has a lot of great offerings check them out.
Bikram Yoga Asheville is located in East Asheville. Owned by Adi Westerman, they recently relocated and redesigned their studio. If Bikram is what you seek, you can find it here.
Asheville Yoga Center owned by Stephanie and Sonny Keach. Stephanie has been in yoga since 1985 and is well connected in the yoga world. They have lots of great workshops from traveling instructors.
Asheville Kundalini Yoga is an organization of kundalini instructors in the Asheville Area.
Happy Body Yoga and Pilates located in South Asheville is a small but Happy studio with quality staff.
Asheville Community Yoga is located in Woodfin just outside of town. They are on a mission to serve the masses by offering yoga, regardless of your ability to pay.
